The food is good, everytime! Carry out, "Order ahead"!

There was a time they were my favorite spot and then their food and service fell off and so did I! That was 3 years ago. Today it is clear they have worked on both!

I'm addicted to the fried catfish. The rice is usually good, but sometimes it can be dry.

They were good but since they have new owner they have jacked the price up and quantity and quality of food has went down.

We ate here twice and it just wasn't that good. The service was fine but wings were small and fries weren't seasoned.

Good place to go if your in the mood for a quick wing fix... But definitely nothing to write home about...

Asked for honey Cajun wings and received plain Cajun! Wings were itty bitty and tasteless! Never again!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I called my order in, upon arrival I was told by the manager that she could not find my order. She then stated, "my bad." 45 minutes later, I inquired about my order, only to be told "my bad" yet again. I then stated, "I've been waiting for over 45 minutes, this is your second time messing up my order, what are you going to do?" To which she responded, "I can give you large fries." I said "that isn't enough, I need a refund." To which she tried to offer a 10% discount on my next order. Eventually I was given a refund but I practically had to commence in a debate to get it. Let's stop supporting these businesses that do not value our business.

Horrible horrible horrible, these were the tiniest wings I've ever seen. Wings not properly done either, it's definitely my last time going there.😡😡😡

I come here once a week & get frys, wings & a salad. Always Good.

Do not view menu online. It's not accurate! The customer service here is terrible. My salad had large chunks of lettuce , whole tomatoes slices and minimal other ingredients. Basically a tray of lettuce. The wait was not reasonable for something to be made with such lack of care! Will not return!

Nice fast foodbut sometimes staff is not friendly if you don't understand their accent.

The food at Ruchda Wings in Fairburn is great! I can not say enough about it. I only gave it 4 stars because they don't give you enough food for the amount of money you pay.

Service is always great and quick

Definitely a hidden gem. Their wings are the best and the ladies at the counter are always friendly. Call your order in ahead of time if you don't like to wait. Everything is made to order.

I’ve ordered the wings with a shrimp fried rice and it tasted excellent. I was looking for a restaurant to have lunch on the drive back, and the food was absolutely delicious. My family member also became a huge fan of the different flavored wings. Highly recommend.

Fast and HOT Old Grease cooked food...Never Again!

The cashier's were nice however when I walked in the cashier's were playing in one another's hair!!! I ordered honey hot wings... But it Was only Hot As Hell...then I ask them to add more honey he didn't toss the wings at all he just poured honey on my plate. My food was unbearably Hot and not sweet at all... I will not be back!!!

I love this place......I eat here at least once or twice a week. More food than one person can eat.

I loved this place the first time I went but the last few times I've noticed that they are pre frying the wings for the lunch rush or something cuz when I asked for extra crispy the skin on it is not crispy like it just was fried it's more like it was fried earlier and heated up smh so for that I have to give them a bad review do better Ruchda...

Some of the best wings in Atlanta hands down. There are a couple of other things on the menu but honestly don't bother. Might be helpful to order ahead as it takes a while for the food to come out sometimes.

THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I will drive to camp creek for my wings before ever going back. The wings were good, but not good enough for horrible attitude and services. Never again.

My personal experiences aren't good at all. Every time I call I'm placed on hold so long that I have to hang up and call back just to be placed on hold again. The online prices differ than the restaurant prices. Online the mubone package that I wanted said $17, but when I got there it waa $26. One evening I ordered a Philly and was told the guy who cooks them weren't there. That I didn't understand. It's not a gourmet restaurant. The same cook who fries the wings should be able to fry the steak for the sandwich. It's ran by teenagers with poor customer service skills. They need to do better. They went downhill over the years.

They had mold in the soda machine and I had a roach fall on me. When I told the manager he laughed like it was a joke.

Terrible customer service when calling in for orders. I called in once and got hung up on twice because I guess they were busy and then were rude on the phone. Another time I called in 10 min in advance and when I got there to pick up my food they had not even put in the order yet. Too many wing places to put up with this customer service.

1st time there today food was hot, hot honey wings were the best philly could have been better.

Food is pretty good, but the number of sauces you get with different wing combos doesn't make sense or add up. Then extra sauce is $1.00. The ladies are really nice, but the boy that works there is RUDE!

The manager is unreasonable and rude. I call my order in and they don’t drop the wings or put the sauce on the wings until you get there. I would give them 0 stars.

Sad day for wings!!!Web site listed one price, when we arrived it was VASTLY DIFFERENT. manager offered no apologies, young unprofessional staff and an up charge for EVERYTHING. I asked for all flats and there was another charge!! Manager wanted me to slide my card for an additional .50! Had not even received my food and already regretted coming here. Seemed like everybody was complaining about something. When we received the wings they were the smallest I have ever seen, and over cooked. Never will I come here again, and I suggest all people in the area bypass this location.

Terrible! TERRible! TERRIBLE service! And to top it off the management is worse.

The are more pricey than my liking but I can not resist their Cajun Wings fried xtra xtra crispy then add more dry Cajun seasonings. OMG! Delicious

Had the Philly cheesesteak which was very good. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

It’s a shame they aren’t, at all, what they once were. It’s been ove two years since we’ve visited (moved an hour north) and they have really lost their flare. Wings are way too small and the flavor isn’t the same but the prices haven’t changed. Sad to say, we won’t be back.

I love this place you can call in your order and it'll be ready by the time you get there and not only that but they have some flavors of wings does not always everywhere I would definitely go back

Wings are too soft. They keep messing up the order because of language barrier.

nice but way to expensive compared to other hot wing places. They are taking advantage of the fact that there are hardly any places like it near by. I dont mind driving the extra mile or two to get better service and way more for my money. way overpriced!

Horrible customer service!!! The girl had an attitude while I’m ordering my food and I called back to cancel and speak to a manager, supervisor and a shift lead and was told no is there. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Do better fairburn!!!

I ordered two six piece wing combos fried crispy because their wings are always big so they need to be cooked a little longer, so I called in still had to wait and got almost raw wings this is my second bad experience with this location I will not be back but the one on Fulton industrial gives u a totally different experience and good food
